• Payment-related metadata processed through Stripe (e.g., subscription status, last four digits of a card).

• Provide CRM, job tracking, reminders, and client portal services.
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and renewals.
• Send service notifications, reminders, and operational messages.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, and features.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, Inc. EMG ClientIQ does not store full credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full bank account numbers on our servers. Your use of Stripe is subject to Stripe's own terms and privacy policy.

• Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest where supported by our infrastructure.
• Row-level security and access controls scoped to each account.
• Secure authentication, including support for OAuth and password-based sign-in.

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers that help us operate the platform, including Stripe (payments) and our hosting/database providers.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EMG, our users, or the public.

We retain account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).
